Eminem, stage name of Marshall Bruce Mathers III, also called Slim Shady, (St. Joseph, October 17, 1972) is an American rapper, actor and producer U.S..

In May 2011 it had sold more than 86 million records worldwide, [2] more than 42 million songs digitally downloaded and 41.5 million albums in the United States. [3]

His latest album, Recovery, was honored as Best Rap Album and was also the best-selling of 2010. He also set another record as the only artist to have two different albums that have been best sellers in their respective years of release, respectively Recovery (2010) and The Eminem Show (2002).
